The hotel experience was largely enjoyable, with friendly staff and a comfortable room. Breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, although the parking access could use an elevator for easier travel. I would definitely advocate for staying here again, especially for the lovely dining options and warm atmosphere.

Having air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a chair in our fairly quiet room. The location is central;))

Breakfast was excellent, with a hearty selection of locally sourced items, including good puddings. They were friendly and accommodating, especially during breakfast when they went out of their way to assist my son with extra pancakes. The room was comfortable and nicely furnished, contributing to a relaxing stay. There seemed to be a lack of sufficient seating in common areas, which could be improved. While the dining options were good, a few more choices would enhance the experience further.

We really enjoyed our stay, especially the kids' swimming lessons that kept them engaged. The big rooms were perfect for our family, and having a gym was a nice bonus for dad. The vibe was friendly.
My kids wished there were more activities for them in the evenings.

the only thing I could find fault with was the poached egg at breakfast. it was hard and probably cooked in the microwave.

The staff welcomed me with warmth and friendliness. I really enjoyed the spacious room, comfortable and well-kept. Breakfast each morning exceeded my expectations. The local produce used in the meals added a delicious touch. The leisure center was a nice bonus, though I didn't use it much. A few downsides were noticeable. The water temperature in the shower fluctuated between scalding and icy, quite concerning. The dining experience was a bit inconsistent. While some meals were fantastic, my visit to the bar for dinner brought about a long wait for mediocre food. This could improve with better staffing during peak times. Still, the overall vibe and accommodating nature of the employees were good. I appreciated the family-friendly activities available, especially those for children. I left feeling relaxed and satisfied, though a little more attention to food quality during busy periods would be beneficial.

The hotel was fabulous, beautiful rooms, hallways, and reception areas. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived at reception, they really made our trip. I couldnt say anything negative about them. The hotel is ideally situated if you are doing day trips around Cork or just want to relax and unwind with good food and peace and quiet.
The location, Macroom, is a small town with not much in it.
